1. Old UAN active undali
2. New UAN active undali
3. Aadhaar, PAN, Bank KYC approved undali
4. Old PF account lo exit date updated undali
5. Aadhaar linked mobile active undali

Old UAN to New UAN Online Transfer Process

Step 1: UAN Portal Login

• Login to Member Home 

        New UAN number tho login avvali

Step 2: Check KYC Status

        Manage → KYC

• Aadhaar – Approved
• PAN – Approved
• Bank – Approved

         Approved kakapothe transfer reject avuthundi

Step 3: Transfer Request Open

        Online Services → One Member – One EPF Account (Transfer Request)

Step 4: Old PF Details Enter

• Old UAN / Old PF Member ID enter cheyyali
• “Get Details” click cheyyali
• System old PF details fetch chesthundi

Step 5: Employer Authentication Select

• Previous Employer OR
• Present Employer (recommended)
• Present employer select chesthe process fast ga complete avuthundi

Step 6: Employer Approval

• 1st Employer digital approval ivvali
• 2nd PF FIELD office Approval

• 15–30 working days
